Our story

Lil Stacks Co. was born from a simple idea: dessert at a party should be an experience, not an afterthought. So we brought NYC its first luxury Dutch poffertjes cart.

We don't have a cafe — our cart is our home. We roll it into weddings, birthdays, showers and office parties, cook every mini pancake fresh, and let guests pile on the good stuff.

Then came the Elote Cart: Mexican street corn with a Desi twist, because good food makes brighter gatherings.
